Storm that caused heavy rain

This flooded basement was the result of a sump pump failure in the mechanical room. The point of origin normally has the most extensive damage. The paddin in this home had to be removed since it was soaked through. When water has time to sit and soak more irreparable damage is done. Our team tested the saturation of the drywall in the basement bathroom and determined that cutting the bottom portion out was not required. By not cutting the lower section of drywall all around the basement allowed the team to keep cost down.
